Updated 3/11/01. I improved the installation, and the visual quality is a
little better. It now has a preview box, and works like a normal
screensaver.
This screen saver is very small and very fast. However, the effect it
produces is very cool looking. It is the kind of screen saver that won't
bog down your computer. The
theory behind it is this: there are many particles flying around each
other; each one exerts a force on every other one. In the process of doing
this they also leave a trail which brightens as other particles pass over
it. Your computer must handle 800x600 resolution, and your video card must support
OpenGL. Other than that, the program should run smoothly on any machine Pentium or
faster.
