You need to upgrade your Flash Player You may download it directly from Adobe here.
You should also check to make sure Javascript is enabled.

Geiss Motion Blur Effect

     This program is similar to the Winamp plugin called "Geiss".  It uses a motion blur effect I crafted.  Once again it could probably use some optimization, but it is still functional.
